Turn your Odoo website into a multi-vendor marketplace. Sellers sign up and get approved, list products and stock, and ship their own part of every order from a seller dashboard. Key features

Seller Onboarding

Sellers apply from your website with their shop details and documents. Approve, deny with a reason or suspend them; approval can be automatic.

Seller Products

Sellers add products and stock from the website or by CSV upload. Nothing is published before you approve it, and edits go back for approval.

Split Orders

Every customer order is split into one order per seller with its own status, tracking number, packing slip and invoice.

Commission

A default percentage plus rules per seller, per category or both, with a fixed amount per unit. The commission is locked when the order is confirmed.

Wallet & Payouts

Earnings wait for the return period, then become available. Sellers request payouts, you pay and record the reference, and a PDF statement shows everything.

Seller Dashboard

On the website sellers see sales, orders to ship, balance and products, ship orders with tracking, answer questions and create coupons.

Shop Pages & Reviews

Every seller gets a public shop page with banner, products and star rating. Only customers who received an order can review, and products show "Sold by".

Shipping & Returns

Per-seller shipping fee with free shipping over an amount, handling time with late alerts, tracking links and returns with credit notes.

Seller plans with product limits and monthly fees, seller coupons, low stock alerts and fraud rules that hold suspicious orders.

No. VendorBazaar works on Community and Enterprise. It uses the standard Website, eCommerce, Sales, Inventory and Invoicing apps.

No. Sellers are portal users, so they use the website seller dashboard and do not count as paid internal users.

The most specific rule wins: seller and category, then seller, then category, then the default percentage. You can choose to calculate it on the amount with or without tax.

Earnings of delivered orders become available after the waiting period. The seller requests a payout, you transfer the money with your usual method and mark the payout as paid.

Yes. The customer pays one order; VendorBazaar splits it into one seller order per seller, each with its own shipping and tracking.

Yes. Products without a seller are your own; they are invoiced and shipped as usual and no commission is calculated.
