1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of technoversesystems.com (the "Website") and purchases from Technoverse Systems, Karachi, Pakistan. By using the Website or placing an order you accept them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate details when you sign up and order.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error and refund you in full.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure page; we never see or store your full card number. Bank transfers are confirmed manually when the money arrives.
5. Delivery of modules
After payment is confirmed, a download link for the module and Odoo version you bought is shown in your account and sent by e-mail. Free installation can be requested from your order page.
6. Licence
Each module is provided under the licence stated in its manifest (usually LGPL-3). You may use it in your own Odoo databases. Reselling or publishing our modules as your own product is not allowed.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy at technoversesystems.com/refund-policy.php.
8. Services
Implementation, customisation and support work follows the quotation or agreement signed with you, which takes priority over these Terms for that work.
9. Liability
Modules and services are provided with reasonable care. Always test on a copy of your database and keep backups. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
10. Website use
Do not misuse the Website, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Reviews you submit must be honest.
11. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the latest version is always on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
